Covance Softsol Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Covance Softsol Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will be shut from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the said quarter. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. All designated employees, key management personnel, directors, and connected persons are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period. The date of the board meeting to declare these results will be communicated separately.
