Mr. Sambasiva Rao Madala, a member of the Promoter Group of Covance Softsol Ltd, has acquired 46,24,704 equity shares, representing 20.88% of the company's paid-up share capital, through a gift from his immediate relative. This transaction, effective August 28, 2026, increases Mr. Madala's total shareholding to 48,02,304 equity shares, constituting 21.69% of the company's paid-up share capital.
