iSERA Lifesciences: Promoter Group Shareholding Changes Post Preferential Allotment

Pratap Dadasaheb Deshmukh and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), the Promoter Group of iSERA Lifesciences Limited, have disclosed a change in their shareholding following a Preferential Allotment (Share Swap) on October 01, 2026. The total shareholding of the Promoter Group increased from 49,30,001 shares (58.63%) to 1,35,43,001 shares (55.07%). This transaction represents a net increase of 86,13,000 shares, resulting in a decrease of 3.56% in their overall stake relative to the total diluted capital. The equity share capital of the company has significantly increased from ₹8,40,89,720 to ₹24,59,17,720.
