Sumeet Dhanraj Garad, a promoter of iSERA Lifesciences Ltd, has increased his shareholding in the company through a preferential allotment via a share swap. Prior to the acquisition, Garad held 1,00,000 shares, representing 1.19% of the total share capital. After the acquisition, his holding increased to 12,92,000 shares, representing 4.06% of the total share capital.
