Craftsman Automation Incorporates German Subsidiary

Craftsman Automation Ltd has announced the incorporation of its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH, in Germany. This new entity, incorporated on August 27, 2026, is a subsidiary of Craftsman Germany GmbH, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Craftsman Automation. The subsidiary will focus on machining and processing engine and engineering components, aiming to enhance in-house capabilities, operational flexibility, and support the group's growth in Germany. The initial share capital is EUR 25,000.
