Craftsman Automation Ltd. to Set Up New Plant in Ludhiana, Punjab

Craftsman Automation Ltd. has announced its decision to establish a new plant/unit/factory in Ludhiana, Punjab. The new unit, which is expected to enhance operational convenience and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to the Ludhiana region, does not entail any material capital expenditure. The proposed capacity addition is 5% of the existing Powertrain capacity, and the investment required is estimated to be Rs. 60 Crores, which will be financed through term loans (90%) and internal accruals (10%).
