Crane Infrastructure: 18th AGM Voting Results Submitted

Crane Infrastructure Ltd has submitted the voting results and Scrutinizer's Report for its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The e-voting process, including remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, was scrutinized by LCS N.V.S. Naga Raju. Two key resolutions were put to vote: the adoption of the standalone audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the reappointment of Director Sri.CH.V.S.S.Kishore Kumar.
