Crane Infrastructure: Director Re-appointment Approved at AGM

Crane Infrastructure Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Sri Venkata Siva SatyaKishor Kumar Chegu as a Director. He retires by rotation and was eligible for reappointment. Mr. Chegu, a Non-Executive Director, brings extensive experience in Finance, Accounts, Cost Control, Corporate Laws, human resources, and corporate governance. His reappointment is effective from September 15, 2023. He holds 8,500 shares in the company and is not debarred from holding a directorial office by any SEBI order.
