Cranes Software International Ltd Approves Conversion of Warrants into Equity Shares for Promoter-Director

Cranes Software International Ltd has announced the approval of the conversion of warrants into equity shares for its Promoter-Director, Mr Asif Khader. The approval comes after the receipt of the balance exercise payment and follows the in-principle approval letter dated 28th May 2024. The Company will proceed with the listing application and comply with the post-issue formalities as per Regulation 14 of the LODR Regulations. The decision was made at a Board meeting held on 11th June 2024, which started at 3.00 pm and ended at 3.40 pm.
