Creative Castings Recommends 125% Final Dividend

Creative Castings Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 1, 2026, approved and recommended a final dividend of ₹12.50 per equity share (125%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to member approval at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 26, 2026. The board also approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and fixed September 19, 2026, as the record date for both the dividend and e-voting. Additionally, the board recommended the re-appointment of a retiring director and approved managerial remuneration and material related-party transactions.
