Creative Eye Board Approves EGM for Borrowing Limits, Director Changes

Creative Eye Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 3, 2026, and approved an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on August 25, 2026. The EGM will seek shareholder approval for increased borrowing limits, regularization of Mr. Praful Jadavji Shah as an Independent Non-Executive Director, re-appointment of Ms. Zuby Kochhar as Whole-Time Executive Director, and appointment of Mrs. Asha Choudhary as an Additional Director (Independent Non-Executive).
