Creative Eye Ltd: Director Re-appointments and Regularizations Approved

Creative Eye Limited announced that its members, at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 25, 2026, approved key changes in its directorate. Mrs. Zuby Kochar was re-appointed as Whole-time Director. Additionally, the appointments of Mr. Praful Jadavji Shah and Mrs. Asha Choudhary were regularized from Additional Directors to Non-Executive Independent Directors. These changes are effective as per the resolutions passed.
