Creative Newtech Clarifies FCI Warehousing Project Contracting

Creative Newtech Limited (CNL) has issued a clarification regarding its Rs. 35.89 crore FCI Smart Warehousing Project. The company clarified that while the Food Corporation of India (FCI) is the project authority, CNL received the order for its scope of work from its System Integrator (SI) partner, NebulArc Technologies Private Limited, which is CNL's direct contracting counterparty. This clarification aims to avoid ambiguity, confirming that the project's substance, scope, value, and CNL's participation remain unchanged. The project involves deploying surveillance and AI-based smart warehousing infrastructure across 150 FCI depots.
