Cressanda Railway Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20. All Promoter and Promoter group, Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons/Employees, Connected Persons of the Company, Fiduciary and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during this period. The PAN of these individuals will be frozen by the NSDL specifically for the company's shares. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 will be informed in due course. The company is also in the process of filing the disclosure in XBRL format within the stipulated time.
