
Crisil Q2 FY26 Income Up 27.6%, PBT Up 24.4%, Interim Dividend Declared
Crisil Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2026. For the half year, income from operations rose 28.8% to ₹2,133.1 crore, PBT increased by 30.1% to ₹588.2 crore, and PAT grew by 35.7% to ₹449.7 crore. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹10 per share. Management highlighted strong growth momentum, disciplined execution, and leveraging GenAI capabilities amidst a challenging macroeconomic environment. Crisil Ratings revenue grew 21.4% year-on-year.
