Crizac Acquires Inova Education, Expands to Netherlands

Crizac Limited has acquired 100% of Inova Education through its subsidiary, strengthening its presence in Mexico and marking its entry into the Netherlands. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Crizac's university partnerships across the UK and Europe, and establish the Netherlands as a new European destination market. Inova's founder, Eric Wijmenga, will join Crizac as Regional Director, UK and Europe, to lead expansion efforts. The deal leverages Inova's established operations and relationships in Mexico and Europe with Crizac's technology platform to accelerate student recruitment and foster cross-border collaboration in international education.
