Croissance Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on January 6, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2025. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office at 4.00 P.M. The company has also informed the stock exchange that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by the designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the company’s Code of Conduct will remain closed from 01.01.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
