Concurrently, Ms. Yesha Gandani has been appointed as the Compliance Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel, with over five years of experience in corporate laws and SEBI regulations. These appointments are based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
