CRP Risk Management Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. This decision is in reference to the clarification issued by BSE Limited and in view of the Prohibition of Insider Trading, Regulations 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2026. All designated persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended of March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
