CSB Bank: Trust Deed Amended for ESOS Trustee Changes

CSB Bank Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about an amendment to the Trust Deed of the CSB ESOS Trust. This amendment, made in accordance with Regulation 3(3) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, primarily addresses the resignation of one trustee and the appointment of two new trustees. The original Trust Deed was registered in May 2019 and had a prior amendment in March 2021. The bank has submitted the duly executed amended Trust Deed for record.
