CSL Finance Limited has reported a provisional quarterly update for the period ending June 30, 2026. The company's Assets Under Management (AUM) saw a year-on-year growth of 15%, reaching approximately ₹1510 crore. This growth was supported by fresh sanctions of ₹50 crore from an existing lender and an additional ₹60 crore raised through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company also has a term sheet for ₹150 crore NCD issuance, with ₹90 crore yet to be raised. New loans disbursed were ₹320 crore, with collections at ₹290 crore. CSL Finance maintains a liquidity surplus of ₹175 crore and a strong Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of approximately 44%. The portfolio mix is 70:30 (WSL: SME).
