Cubex Tubings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting where the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, are approved. This measure is in accordance with the company's "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives and for Fair Disclosure."
