Manoj Agrawal has acquired 2,00,00,000 equity shares, representing 13.77% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Cubical Financial Services Ltd, through a preferential allotment on September 14, 2026. Following this acquisition, Mr. Agrawal's total holding, along with any associated persons, now stands at 3,11,00,000 shares, equating to 21.42% of the company's total diluted share capital. The company's equity share capital increased from Rs. 18,81,40,000 to Rs. 29,03,40,000 post-allotment.
