Cummins India: ₹46 Final Dividend Recommended; Auditors Appointed

Cummins India Ltd's board approved a final dividend of ₹46 per share (2,300%) for FY2025-26, in addition to the interim dividend of ₹20 per share. The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend is July 17, 2026, with payment on or before September 04, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the AGM on August 06, 2026. The board re-appointed Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second 5-year term and appointed M/s. Joshi Apte & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY2026-27.
