Cummins India Confirms Acquisition of 8.78% Stake in Clean Max for Rs. 8,780

Cummins India Ltd has confirmed the acquisition of 878 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 8,780/-, from Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited. This acquisition amounts to 8.78% of the equity share capital of Clean Max, and is the first tranche investment. The acquisition details were previously disclosed on December 18, 2025, under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and remain unchanged.
