Cummins India Ltd to Invest Rs. 2.70 Crores in Clean Max Yellowstone Private Limited

Cummins India Ltd has entered into a Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA) with Clean Max Yellowstone Private Limited, agreeing to invest an amount up to Rs. 2.70 Crores by subscribing to at least 8.78% of Clean Max’s equity share capital in one or more tranches.
