Cummins India Recommends ₹46 Final Dividend for FY26; Record Date July 17, 2026

The Board of Directors of Cummins India Ltd, in its meeting held on May 27, 2026, approved the recommendation of a final dividend of ₹46 (2,300%) per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining eligible members for the dividend has been fixed as July 17, 2026. The final dividend, subject to members' approval at the AGM, will be paid on or before September 04, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. Joshi Apte & Associates as Cost Auditors.
