Cupid Ltd: Promoter Acquires 11 Lakh Shares in Open Market

Cupid Limited has disclosed a substantial acquisition of equity shares by its Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director, Mr. Aditya Kumar Halwasiya. He acquired 11,00,000 equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each in the open market. This transaction increases his total shareholding to 33.53% of the total share capital. The acquisition was made on August 24, 2026, and represents a minor increase in his stake relative to the total diluted share capital.
