Cura Tech: Trading window closed for Q2 FY27 results

Cura Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company will separately announce the Board Meeting date to consider and approve these financial results. This action is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading.
