CWD Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

CWD Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for Designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives, from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results of year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Financial Results for the above-mentioned period will be communicated in due course.
