CWD Limited has announced the receipt of a significant purchase order valued at ₹87.53 Crores from India Post Payments Bank. The order entails the supply and integration of 5,29,500 payment soundboxes with a proprietary digital payment platform. The hardware rollout is scheduled over six months, followed by a three-year Service and Maintenance (S&M) operational lifecycle. This contract represents CWD's entry into large-scale supply for a Government of India department, supporting financial inclusion initiatives. The deal includes potential for scaling up to 33 lakh devices over three years and provides recurring revenue visibility through the S&M contract. Manufacturing will occur at CWD's facility in Mysore, emphasizing 'Make in India'.
