Cybele Industries Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Cybele Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also took on record the Secretarial Audit Report for FY26 and approved material related party transactions with subsidiaries Cybele Electra Private Limited and Cybele Electronics Private Limited, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Muralikrishna as Additional Independent Director and revisions to the Company Secretary's remuneration were approved. The 33rd Annual General Meeting date, time, and venue were fixed, along with the closure of the Register of Members and the appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting.
