Cybele Industries Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Cybele Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also took on record the Secretarial Audit Report for FY26 and approved material related party transactions with subsidiaries Cybele Electra Private Limited and Cybele Electronics Private Limited, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved revisions in the remuneration of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, the appointment of Mr. Muralikrishna as an Additional Independent Director, reconstitution of Board Committees, and the convening of the 33rd Annual General Meeting. The Board's Report for FY26 was also approved.
