Cyber Media India Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 and FY 2025-2026

Cyber Media India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by the designated persons. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
