CyberTech Announces ₹14.45 Cr Buyback at ₹170/Share

CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd has announced a buyback of up to 8,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of ₹170 per share, payable in cash. The aggregate amount for the buyback will not exceed ₹14.45 Crores. This buyback is being conducted from the equity shareholders/beneficial owners of the company as of the record date, on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route using the stock exchange mechanism, in compliance with SEBI Buyback Regulations.
