HDFC Mutual Fund Reduces Cyient Ltd Stake to 2.95%

HDFC Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has reduced its aggregate shareholding in Cyient Limited. The disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, indicates a decrease of 2.39% in their holding. Previously, as of July 16, 2025, HDFC Mutual Fund held 5.04% of Cyient's paid-up equity share capital. As of August 18, 2026, their holding has decreased to 2.95%. The total paid-up equity share capital of Cyient Limited has also seen a slight change between the two disclosure dates.
