Cyient Ltd has successfully completed the extinguishment of 64,00,000 equity shares, bought back through a tender offer route. The buyback was executed at a price of INR 1,125 per share, aggregating to a total consideration of INR 720 crore. This action reduces the company's total outstanding equity shares from 11,11,41,804 to 10,47,41,804. The buyback was conducted in compliance with SEBI regulations.
