Shravan Bali Gifts 10,01,209 Valor Estate Shares to Sister Shruti Ahuja

Shravan Bali, a promoter group member of Valor Estate Limited (formerly D B Realty Limited), has transferred 10,01,209 equity shares to his immediate relative, Ms. Shruti Ahuja, also a promoter group member, through an off-market gift transaction. This transfer represents approximately 0.18% of the total diluted share capital. Following the transaction, Shravan Bali's direct shareholding becomes nil, while the promoter group's overall holding and Ms. Ahuja's individual holding will be adjusted accordingly. The total equity share capital of the company remains Rs. 542,40,67,610/-.
