Valor Estate Ltd Completes Scheme of Amalgamation with Horizontal Ventures Private Limited

Valor Estate Ltd has announced the completion of the Scheme of Amalgamation with Horizontal Ventures Private Limited (HVPL), a step-down subsidiary of the Company. The amalgamation of Sahyadri Agro Dairy Private Limited (SADPL) with HVPL, which was sanctioned by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai- Bench on 29th January 2026, has become effective from 12th March 2026. The appointment date for the amalgamation is 1st April 2025. This development fulfills all the conditions precedent to the effective of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
