Valor Estate Ltd Reports Creation of Pledge Over 20 Crore Shares for Financial Facility

Valor Estate Limited, formerly known as D B Realty Limited, has disclosed the creation of a pledge over 2,00,00,000 nos. of equity shares in favor of Capri Global Capital Limited. This pledge is in connection with a financial facility to be availed by DB View Infracon Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Valor Estate Limited. The shares have been encumbered by Neelkamal Tower Construction LLP, a Promoter of Valor Estate Limited. The total share capital of Valor Estate Limited is 126,19,88,320 shares, and the encumbered shares represent 3.69% of the total share capital.
