Valor Estate Ltd's Subsidiary Wins Legal Battle Over MHADA Property Redevelopment

Valor Estate Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, Goregaon Hotel and Realty Private Limited, through its economic interest in M/s Om Metal Consortium, has won a legal dispute against MHADA. The dispute was over the premium payable for additional FSI at a property in Bandra West Reclamation, Mumbai. The Hon’ble High Court has directed that the premium for the additional FSI would be based on DCPR-2034. This 2 mn square feet project has a GDV of approx. 12,000 crores and is expected to be substantially revenue and profit accretive to the Company.
