D-Link India: ₹27.50 Dividend, AGM on August 10, 2026

D-Link (India) Ltd has announced a final dividend of ₹20 and a special dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share, aggregating to ₹27.50 per share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The AGM will be held on August 10, 2026. The record date for determining entitlement to the dividend is July 10, 2026, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from July 11 to July 17, 2026. The company also appointed Kirtane & Pandit LLP as Internal Auditors for FY27 and approved the appointment of Ms. Jui-Chuan Chang as an independent director, subject to approvals.
