D-Link (India) Appoints Vaishali Koparkar as Independent Director

D-Link (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Vaishali Prasad Koparkar as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors, effective August 26, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Ms. Koparkar brings over 36 years of experience in finance and management, having held senior roles at Larsen & Toubro Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant. The company also confirmed she has not been debarred from holding a director position. Following her appointment, the Board Committees, including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, will be reconstituted.
