D-Link (India) Appoints Vaishali Koparkar as Independent Director

D-Link (India) Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Vaishali Prasad Koparkar as an Independent Director, effective August 26, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Ms. Koparkar brings over 36 years of experience in finance, including roles in financial reporting, risk management, and business strategy at Larsen & Toubro Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Management Accountant. Following her appointment, the Board Committees, including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Risk Management, will be reconstituted.
