Dabur India: Directors Re-appointed at 51st AGM

Dabur India Ltd announced at its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 06, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Mehrishi as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective September 01, 2026, to August 31, 2031. The AGM also approved a modification to the tenure of Mr. Mukesh Hari Butani's second term as Non-Executive Independent Director, shortening it to one year from January 01, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Saket Burman was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director. These decisions were approved by the shareholders.
