NCLT Approves Sesa Care Merger with Dabur India

Dabur India Limited has received approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, for the Scheme of Amalgamation between Sesa Care Private Limited and Dabur India Limited. The merger, first announced in October 2024, integrates Sesa Care, a premium Ayurvedic hair care brand, into Dabur's portfolio. This move is expected to strengthen Dabur's presence in the hair care category and unlock new growth opportunities by leveraging Dabur's distribution network and expertise. The Appointed Date for the scheme is April 01, 2026. Dabur had previously acquired a 51% stake in Sesa Care. The merger becomes effective upon completion of statutory filings.
