Daikaffil Chemicals Resubmits Revised Consolidated Financial Results for FY26

Daikaffil Chemicals India Ltd has announced the resubmission of its Revised Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The revision was made solely to incorporate the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows, as per Ind AS 7, following a communication from BSE regarding non-submission. The company clarified that there are no changes to the financial performance or position compared to the results initially approved on May 28, 2026. The standalone financial results remain unchanged and are not being resubmitted. The Board also noted a fine levied by BSE for the initial omission.
