Dalmia Bharat Subsidiary Incorporates Waste Management Unit

Dalmia Bharat Ltd announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Ascension Mercantile Private Limited (AMPL), has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary named AMPL Green City Solutions Private Limited. This new entity, incorporated on July 13, 2026, will focus on waste management and recycling through processing plants and resource recovery facilities. AMPL has allotted 10,000 equity shares, representing a 100% equity stake, to AMPL Green City Solutions Private Limited at par. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed immediately. The new subsidiary aims to achieve efficient waste management and resource recovery.
