DAM Capital Advisors Corrects AGM Cut-off Date

DAM Capital Advisors Ltd has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 8, 2026. The company corrected the cut-off date for determining member eligibility for electronic voting. The original notice, dated August 11, 2026, had erroneously stated the cut-off date as Friday, August 28, 2026. The corrected cut-off date is now Tuesday, September 1, 2026. This change, detailed on pages 238 and 239 of the Annual Report, does not affect other terms of the AGM notice.
