DAPS Advertising: Srishti Chaturvedi moves to Executive Director role

DAPS Advertising Ltd announced that its members, at the 27th Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026, approved the change in designation of Ms. Srishti Chaturvedi (DIN: 08225434) from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director. The change is effective from April 1, 2026. Ms. Chaturvedi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, who has served as a Director since 2018 and has experience in the advertising industry, including prior work at Deloitte. She is also the daughter of Mr. Dharmesh Chaturvedi.
